Hatcher Construction Services was founded in 1996 by Nolan Hatcher and Chris Banks, two individuals who have worked together since the mid seventies. Both have extensive knowledge and experience in the construction industry that comes from their many years of leadership as senior management of a large construction firm completing projects across the United States. This broad knowledge and depth of experience, along with their personal beliefs of doing business the right way, was the reason Hatcher Construction Services was created.

The Corporate Office was designated and established in Tuttle, Oklahoma and a parallel office established in San Antonio, Texas. Initially, Nolan Hatcher assumed the role of President of the company and conducted business in the Oklahoma region and Chris Banks assumed the role of Senior Vice President and conducted business in the Texas region. The company has actively constructed projects in ten states.

The dedication and work ethic of the principals and their employees along with being adaptable in an ever-changing market, in competitiveness, quality control and technological advancements has been the key to the company's success.
