Title:Senior Estimator
Description:Along with the criteria listed in the attached Job Description we are also looking for the following specific criteria: We only want applicants from the Oklahoma City and surrounding areas in Oklahoma. We want someone who already has professional contacts in Oklahoma. We are looking for someone who has experience with estimating jobs in the 3 to 15 million dollar range), but who has past experience in the field and with Project Management. We are looking for someone who can learn, understand and follow the specific procedures and guidelines necessary to be successful in this position. We want someone who can be a team player. We are looking for someone with above average skills in Excel, Word and Microsoft Office programs. It would be a plus, but not required, if you already know Procore, a construction management web based program. We will require verifiable references for estimating skills, preferably not just past employers. Starting Salary Range depends on qualifications.
